It comes as a concentrate and is frequently diluted with freon or alchohol. For contacts, it is the best fix for intermittents and oxidation removal I've seen. At the broadcast facility where I worked, SOP was to cramolin the connectors on any card removed from any piece of equipment. I believe that many service problems were eliminated by this simple preventative measure. I have never seen it in spray form so using in pots could be awkward.
