Is it a matter of age, did the teacher goof, or was the news coverage of this monumental event done poorly ? If it is a matter of age, when will Prince William be accorded a curtsy ? I have asked one British couple and they think it is a matter of age, but, are not sure. And they certainly would like to know the answer, too. Does anyone know for sure ?
