There is no reason to put up a FAST BUMP sign, because, obviously, the bump
will have gone somewhere else by the next day.  Slow bumps have that name
because they stay in the same place for years.

Did you ever notice- the ocean is FULL of fast bumps.  That's why ships
don't go very fast.
