No, the Prince does that, as Mike Kelley reported some time ago in the
Austin American-Stuntman.  Kelley also reported that at some unspecified
point in the probably distant past, that ubiquitous British secret agent
of yore (or wherever it is he's from), 007 by number, once cornered and
took into custody a particularly roguish specimen of the local criminalia.
Without access to any more suitable facility for containing the scoundrel,
007 escorted the same to his hotel room and after appropriately binding
and gagging him confined him to the bathroom.  This of course is the first
recorded instance of a suspect being held in loo of Bond.

Interesting, if true.
