Hey, what gives here?  I calculated the value of four to 10,000 places and
what I got was:

	4.000000000000000000000000000000000000000{9950 more zeros}00000000003

I think your algorithm must be in error.  I don't understand what you could
have done wrong.  I hope this helps.
