During the first pause I started to explain that I thought companies that used automatic dialers to drum up business were scum and I wouldn't buy anything from them if they were the last on earth, etc. when suddenly the thing hangs up on me. It was evidently being monitored by a real person (either that or AI is more advanced than I thought :-).
