I was served a divine apple cake once a long time ago. This was
a loaf cake, sort of like a heavy pound cake and in the middle were sliced
apples mixed with cinnamin and sugar. The lady who made it told me she
never used recipies, just made a cake dough and put the apples in the 
middle! If anyone has a recipe for something like this, I sure would
like to have it. Um-m-m-m, I can taste it already.
