I have a friend contemplating the purchase of a YAMAHA XJ700X,
aka, "MAXIM-X" and wants some feedback.  He is mainly concerned
with the confortablility as he is a tall dude (6'1") and the X's 
seat and peg arrangement feel cramped. How about drivability, 
performance?  Any quirkyness?

PS: Thanks for all the replies concerning glasses and full-face
helmets. The consensus is that the IBM "System" helmet with the
pivoting chin section is the answer although it is a little 
pricey ($175).
