This tidbit may help some people having trouble with getting GNU Emacs to
work with their termcap entries.  If you have a "sg#0" entry, specifying
zero screen positions for standout mode, remove it.  It isn't really
necessary anyway, and it confuses GNU Emacs.  The result is that everything
you type is in standout mode.  Refreshing the screen with ^L makes what you
typed come out normally, but then typing anything further is again displayed
in standout mode.
