But I just realized something: These "suggested guidelines" are exclusively for rock and roll music. Not country western (C&W never deals with alcohol or sex :-)), not Opera (Opera never deals with death or violence :-)), not Gospel (Gospel music never discusses the devil :-)). Who defines what is rock and roll? Tipper Gore? Jerry Falwell? All I can say is- if there are enough legislators who don't give a flying **** about the constitution to enact this bogacity into law, they better include all recorded audio information.
