I agree with you 100%.  As someone who nearly got killed by some 
pot smoking jerk, driving a truck noless, I'm all for hanging of the 
idiots with multiple DWI's and/or accident records.  The bonehead
that nearly took me out had already hit someone in the same year
and had tickets the length of your arm.  And to top it, the idiot
didn't even bother to file an accident report!  The only reason I
got his licence was because I knew someone, otherwise this idiot
would have walk away from it completely, due to the insurance 
company buffer.  As it is, due to the *ucked up justice system in 
the wonderful state of Ma.  I'd have to wait FOUR years to even
get a court date.   The jerk basicly gets to walk away from his 
stupidity.   As a point, this idiot tried to pull a U-turn on
concord ave at nine am. rush hour, in a delivery truck.  I was
on a motorcycle on his left side which he checked yet turned anyway.
I was wearing a helmet thank god, although I had plastic surgery,
but I wasn't planted in the vegetable garden.  Its like that nine
time DWI offender that was released to paralzye that Dorchester
priest a while back.  I wished the idiots really responsible for
letting these jerks out on the roadway, the traffic court judges
and the mindless jerks at the motor vehicles department could be
held responsible for these dopes on the road.  The motorvehicle
and traffic cops only exist to keep themselves in money, they
do not render any real service until it's too late for some
poor accident victim, and at that point its too late.  Its purely
graft and corruption.

Where does the "excise tax" and parking violations receipts
really go??  To the "public servants" that are skimming their money
off the top, and the political machinery thats taking whatever is
left over.
