Subject: Help! I have Grub's in my lawn

While I was de-thatching my lawn this weekend I
discovered that my lawn is infested with worm like
bugs (grub's) that feed on the lawns root system.
Does anyone know how to get rid of these? Will an 
insecticide work since they are below the ground?
