This would imply that these people had never seen Suns, Blits, Altos, Stars,
Dorados, etc., or never considered that people might want to use said chips
to implement such a machine.  Sorry, I don't buy it.  (I also know, now, of
at least one manufacturer which *is* working on RasterOp chips, although they
are not yet ready to announce them.)
