Don't hold your breath.  The HBO scrambling experiments STILL are going
badly, and the technical problems with the scrambling system have yet
to be solved.  It increasingly looks like other broadcasters may
decide NOT to use the same system as HBO unless the technical issues
can be worked out properly.
