to all radio amateurs bt
with the change to standard time on october 27,  all  regularly
scheduled w1aw code practice and bulletin transmissions will be
one hour later in utc.  if you  have  been  on  daylight  time,
continue to tune in w1aw at the same local times.

a new w1aw service will begin on  saturday,  november  2,  when
keplerian  data  for amateur satellites will be sent, on baudot
only, at  2330  utc.   transmissions  will  be  on  a  biweekly
schedule  ar
