Anyone needing San Marino on CW should check 20 or 15 meters on
weekends, between 1500 and 1700 UTC.  I have heard him on
consistently on weekends, roughly between 20 and 30 KHz up on the cw
band.  He QSL's very fast if you go direct with a green stamp.
