	I manage the R&D efforts of two organizations, and I read this
newsgroup to see if there might be any potential employees.  I admit that
I have not found any resumes of interest as yet, but if I did I would not
hesitate to contact the person posting the resume.

	In my opinion, it takes a certain amount of `chutzpah' for someone
to post their resume to the net - which could speak favorably for the person
seeking a job.
