Sorry for the screwed-up response thingy.

My favorite line (or one of the top three) would have to be in
"The Ultimate Computer," after the M-5 has laid itself bare to
attack.  Kirk can finally regain control of the Enterprise and
he turns to his science officer and says:

"PULL THE PLUG, SPOCK!!"

THAT is a line.
