"A number of people from cities such as Cleveland, Detroit, New York
 and Chicago have expressed concern about the weather, should the World
 Series go to the latest possible date and be played in Toronto.  Their
 concerns are not unjustified, as Toronto weather at the end of October
 is almost as bad as that of Cleveland, Detroit, New York and Chicago."
