We are seeking digital signal processing routines written in "C"
for use on a SUN workstation running UNIX 4.2bsd.  We are especially
interested in fft routines for mixed radix.  We are also looking for
extended math libraries for c, i.e. complex math, matrix operations, etc.
Any leads would be appreciated.
