Sure! You left out comparable worth. As you know, Judge Tanner's decision
against Washington State on comparable worth was overturned last month by
the 9th circuit (I'll post some of the 9th's reasoning as soon as I have
time to look up the decision). The Supremes have agreed to hear an appeal.
