     NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

     Not all of the Internet has committed to using the domain system.
In fact, officially the domain system is an EXPERIMENT, and the Milnet
(and several other government stub networks) will NOT be adopting it
until such time as the "experiment" proves itself.

     Hosts which are not in the NIC host table "to force losers to
implement domains" will be sending INVALID message headers to the Milnet.
