I've heard news of a new type of STD:  Chlamydia (sp?);
Reports have it that if untreated, it can cause PID
(Pelvic Inflammatory Disease)/lead to sterilization in
men and pregnancy problems in women.  It also has
symtoms so mild that it can go unnoticed for long
periods of time.

Does anyone have any information on Chlamydia?
Especially regarding detection.  I've heard conflicting
reports:  1) that there is a simple easy test to achieve
quick results of infection, and 2) that tests are
inconclusive.

It's scary...that the mild symptoms can make it go
unnoticed for weeks/months; with the sexual revolution as
it is...
