Lines: 11 From: Bernie Cosell A small question about the protocol in becoming a developer: will you hear something, for sure, one way or the other if you send them a letter, or do you ONLY hear if you are accepted (and, presumably, circular filed if you're a loser). Also, what is the delay in CBM for dealing with the informal letter-proposals? I sent one in 20 Sept and I'm going *nuts* waiting to hear. Thanks /Bernie
