To everyone who sent help to my poor friend who crashed her Apple disk,
which contained never-printed text that she badly needed:

Much thanks.  I've forwarded the information to her, and she is taking
action as befits her abilities.  She and I were gratified at the level
of response and helpfulness from the net.  I attempted to answer each
letter with personal thanks, but got a couple "uucp" copy fail messages,
so I know they didn't all get through.  Please know that we tried to
reach you all to say thanks.
