CBM vs. C64 Message-ID: <1062@qumix.UUCP> Date: Wed, 16-Oct-85 18:37:48 EDT Article-I.D.: qumix.1062 Posted: Wed Oct 16 18:37:48 1985 Date-Received: Thu, 17-Oct-85 04:40:58 EDT Distribution: net Organization: Qume Corp., San Jose, CA Lines: 9 I have a question perhaps someone can answer. A local bargain place has the old model CBM's (I think it's Pet and super-Pet) for sale for $120. That includes the CRT but not the disk drive. The super model includes the drives for $160. Q. Will it run C64 software? Is there a place where I can buy some decent software for it? What is different from the C64 (besides 80 columns instead of 40)? I also have a VIC20 with 80 columns and 28k RAM. Thanks in advance. qumix!len
