I have posted MegaWatcher.doc, and MegaWatcher.hqx to net.sources.mac. 
MegaWatcher (a spiffed-up version of the semi-recently posted 'SegWatcher')
will display information about the location, size, locked/loaded/purgeable
-ness of any resource while an application is running.

MegaWatcher.doc contains more information.
