Well, Mike, you certainly HAVE NOT!  Your article was very long, but nowhere
in it did you address Joel West's main objection, which you even quoted:

The point is, you are getting the rest of USENET to pay for the
distribution of this software.  It's just not on.  USENET is
supposed to be non-commercial.
