Perhaps we have different definitions of shareware.  I see `shareware'
as meaning the same thing as `freeware'.  If that is so then your statement
is not true.  If not, then I agree.

By the way, you need to fix your gecos-field expansion.  (Maybe
this should be put into `mkpasswd' in 4.3, so that programs need
not worry about ampersands anymore.)
