Just ask yourself if your artwork cost $.001 per site to distribute would you pay that cost over the entire network? If you wouldn't then why should anyone else. But you may think it is worth it and someone else not. Afterall one person's music is another's noise. In the end the noise will do things like force Canada to cut back non-technical newsgroups and some sites to resort to weekly tapes. Absurd you say? Not for a long time? How about next week!
