Rest assured that Mr. <"Bibliography is my business"> Boyajian is being
suitably penitent for his slip here. He was last heard mumbling "COLONEL
SUN by Robert Markham, COLONEL SUN by Robert Markham" over and over again.
Perhaps is was the Rack, or the bamboo shoots under the fingernails, or
maybe it was his having to write "I will not forget COLONEL SUN by Robert
Markham (Kingsley Amis)" one thousand times while wearing thumbscrews.
