I haven't gone over to see for myself but I understand
that demolition of Winterland is nearing completion.
A friend of a friend is working on the construction crew for
the condos that will go on the site.

And I've been assuming all these years that Bill Graham 
would eventually re-open it so he could hold another series
of final concerts!
