[Better late than ...]

Benjamin Thomas Kelly was delivered by planned C-Section
at 10:42 AM 25 Sep 1985 at Toronto General Hospital.
He weighed 2790 grams (6 lbs., 3 oz).  I was with my wife,
Marsha Groves, during the entire operation.  I held him
when he was only 5 minutes old. It was the most exciting event
of my life.

The staff at TGH - both the surgical team and the maternity nurses -
were wonderful.  They were helpful and caring, and explained
what they were doing and why.  They really helped to make
the whole thing a wonderful experience.

We are all back home now, and are adjusting from being
a couple to being a family.  It's great fun!
