	Some newsgroups here got accidentally deleted, including net.periphs,
and I recreated the newsgroups and then reposted the articles that ended up in 
junk.  The articles were supposed to have a local distribution, but due to a bug
in the shell script I used, not all them were.  I thought I had caught all
of them before they got passed on to utcsri, but I guess I missed at least
one.   Sorry about that.
