        I need info on F-2 visas, the procedure to obtain them, do both
the f-1 and spouse have to be present for the interview, what
certificates do they require you to prodduce, what kind of financial
backing do you have to provide, and what the current position at the
various consulates, specifically Madras is.  Any info you find relevant
in addition to the above points will be really appreciated.
