  Well, it's that time of year again. There is already powder at Berthoud
Pass (which is open weekends only), and the NCAR Ski Club will soon begin 
daily postings of ski conditions in Colorado. I will, as last year, post this 
report approximately weekly to the net; I am considering posting it more often 
locally. What do you in-staters think? Would it be worth it? (Bear in mind 
the propogation time; it would most likely be a day old before you see it.)
