A similar one can be put together using white PVC pipe. Buy a long hunk of pipe and a friend. Set up your table saw blade to about the thickness of the wall of the pipe. With your friend holding the free end of the pipe, guide the pipe over the blade and rotate the pipe to cut off the desired length.
