Now I ask you: So what?

Once after a rather severe blizzard here in New Jersey, I spent a
Saturday helping elderly people shovel their cars out of the snow.
Part of the problem was that local authorities did a subpar job
of clearing the snow DURING the storm.

Are you saying *I* don't have to pay taxes, then?
