I'm also awaiting Gary's response to Charli's amateur status, as I have tremendous problems accepting a position which elevates theology into a study which must be kept from the laity. My response will be in two parts. The first will be a statement/reply from my own position. The second will be a statement of the current Anglican position (as much as such a thing exists).
