I must apologize for my brain deficiency.  I attributed Catastrophes to
the wrong editor.  It was in fact, Dr A, Martin Greenberg, and Charles
Waugh.  Please forgive me, I shall prostrate myself and reread the entire
Unbeliever series in one sitting to atone (or melt my eyes, whichever comes
first :-)
