	Three years ago a housemate of mine joined on of these services
in which he paid almost four hundred dollars, in exchange for six names
a month for nine months. If in any month less than four of these were
real prospects, he could get another month tacked on to the end. They were
all supposed to be screened rather thoroughly by profiles.
	He had zero dates, the first two months, the list was nothing
but already taken people, and the two that he talked to in more depth
had little to do with the profile he was looking for. He did have a nice
conversation with them, about how they had been cheated by this agency.
	Some people may have had good luck with this kind of thing, but
I've never met one.
