I don't need a real woman, thank you.  I am one.
I don't *need* a real man, (a la the Bill Ingogly discussion).
I would *like* one.  And for me, a Real Man is, first and foremost,
a caring and compassionate human being.  I don't think that
"caring and compassionate" = "whining".  

Usual disclaimers about everyone being entitled to individual
opinions (even if they are wrong) apply...
