	George may be patting himself on the back, but something must of
hit him in the head. I know Penn State has not looked super impressive in
their victories but they did manage to beat Alabama so I do think they at
least desire a spot higher than them in your rating system. I don't find 
them in your top 20. Come now I may be a bit biased but I think that anyone
looking at the facts would agree.
