I would like to get new custom fitted hockey equipment.

Does anyone know of a place where I can get
"Cooper Alls", shin guards, and elbow guards or skates fitted to me ?

I live in the Detroit area, but I get up to Toronto (and in between),
often. I am willing to travel and pay extra $$ for it.
