Since the Celtics have been the most successful team in the history of 
basketball, the burden is the other teams to prove they're not racist for 
choosing less qualified black players over more qualified white players.  
After all, the Celtics win championships with their picks, most other teams 
don't.  Maybe the other teams think "If he's black and tall he must be a
good basketball player".
