After issue 7, the magazine changed from being a FASA owned-and-operated publication into a 'third-party' magazine. I believe it is published by the same people who put out The Space Gamer. I have glanced at issue 8, and from what I've seen, it contains more fiction than actual gaming material. I guess the publishers don't want their Space Gamer readers to shift over to Stardate.
