The episode is "Miri", but the speaker is NOT McCoy.  Spock said it.
McCoy says that he might have the antidote, and Spock points out,
"Or it could be a beaker of death."  I always found this quote
amusing because the "beaker" he is referring to looks NOTHING like
a beaker.  It's a test tube.
