We currently have a large number of documents and several manuals
on a Decmate II system.  We are looking for an alternative that
will run on a VAX/VMS system.  We cannot afford the effort needed
to re-format the documents and need to be able to convert from the
Decmate II format to the new format without loosing anything.  The
TeX product looks good, but is there any way to convert Decmate II
files to TeX ?

We would also be interested in any other text processing systems that
run on the Vax under VMS and have conversion programs from Decmate II
format.  Send responses via email.
