Does anyone have any suggestions for touring Europe and Ireland on a budget
plan?  Time is not critical, i.e., foot power, bicycles and other cheap
modes of transportation are acceptable.  What about camping?  Any 
information (books, magazines, or personal experiences) is welcomed.
