In one of the most bizarre cultural events in recent memory, Andy Warhol
appeared as a guest star on The Love Boat last Saturday.  I tuned in
long enough to find out what he was doing there (celebrating the ship's
200th cruise by painting the portrait of a "lucky" passenger) but not
long enough to cause brain damage.  Now, if they really wanted to do something
strange, they should have let him direct the episode.

Perhaps in the future, everyone will be a guest star on The Love Boat for 
fifteen minutes.
